SearchOrgPsych, LLC Terms of Service

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your user account login information and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify SearchOrgPsych, LLC immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your user account.

    You agree to use the Services in a manner that is consistent with applicable laws and regulations and that does not infringe on the rights of any third party. You further agree not to:

    • Use the Services to transmit any material that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortious, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another’s privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable.
    • Use the Services to transmit any material that contains software viruses, Trojan horses, worms, or other harmful components.
    • Use the Services for any commercial purpose without the prior written consent of SearchOrgPsych, LLC.
    • Use the Services to impersonate any person or entity, or to falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.
    • Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Services, or to disobey any requirements, procedures, or policies of SearchOrgPsych, LLC.

    The Services may contain content that is provided by users, third parties, or SearchOrgPsych, LLC. SearchOrgPsych, LLC does not endorse or guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any content, and you agree that you will use the Services at your own risk.

    Intellectual Property

    The Services and all content contained therein are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You agree not to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, display, perform, or create derivative works from any content without the prior written consent of SearchOrgPsych, LLC or the applicable copyright holder.

    Disclaimer of Warranties

    THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS. SEARCHORGPSYCH, LLC MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, ABOUT THE OPERATION OF THE SERVICES OR THE INFORMATION, CONTENT, MATERIALS, OR PRODUCTS INCLUDED ON THE SERVICES. YOU EXPRESSLY AGREE THAT YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK.

    Limitation of Liability

    SEARCHORGPSYCH, LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES, OR FOR ANY CONTENT PROVIDED ON THE SERVICES, EVEN IF SEARCHORGPSYCH, LLC HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

    Indemnification

    You agree to indemnify and hold SearchOrgPsych, LLC harmless from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, and fees (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services or your violation of these Terms.

    Governing Law

    These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

    Severability

    SearchOrgPsych, LLC may modify these Terms at any time by posting the modified Terms on the Services. Your continued use of the Services following the posting of modified Terms will constitute your acceptance of such modified Terms.
