I’m an I/O Psychology (work science) researcher and practitioner with interests in management, strategy, training and organizational design consulting, as well as development. My PhD work at IIT focuses on methodology, training, and gamification. As a virtual classroom producer and executive assessor for DDI, I assist learners with technical and resources needs, roleplay scenarios, and score behavioral performance in assessment centers. In my role as adjunct faculty at the University of Hartford, I teach Personnel Psychology, Experimental Design, and Introduction to Workplace Training Program Design and Effectiveness. Additionally, as Co-Founder / CAO for The Ozymandias Project, I lead the strategic vision and execution, for the nonprofit which is focused on increasing accessibility to ancient history and the classics.
Outside of these roles, I also engage in an array of creative projects from writing and production for, The Office Type, Dragelian Legends, and volunteer my time for pro-bono consulting and coaching engagements. I am dedicated to making a positive difference in the lives of my colleagues and clients alike.
In my past role at the CTA, I served as a Coordinator – Curriculum Development QC where designed, developed, implemented, and evaluated training programs for the CTA. In addition, I did extensive content and technical training design and facilitation for business instructors and corporate clientele during my tenure at Capsim Management Simulations.
Outside of my formal work, I served on SIOP’s UN Committee from 2015 to 2022, and am strongly interested and invested in the prosocial applications of I/O Psychology to the non-profit and related sectors. I am firm in my dedication to making a positive difference in the lives of my colleagues and clients alike.
For fun, I am a podcaster, tinkerer, and haiku poet. Feel free to drop me a line if you wish to discuss personal or professional matters should our interests align.
